Rod Weckworth began his career as a journeyman electrician and went on to help build two electrical contracting firms to more than $100 million in sales. Most recently, he helped lead the growth of Weckworth Electric Group, serving commercial and industrial clients across a range of sectors, including office buildings, hotels, and wineries.

Combining hands-on industry experience with decades of business leadership, Rod brings a practical perspective to building companies, creating value, and developing successful organizations.

He is also the co-author of three books on business and leadership: Beware of the Hippo and Other Beasts on the River of Life, The Many Shapes of Value, and Listen and They Will Come.

Alex von Allmen, MBA

Alex von Allmen is a seasoned business leader, marketer, and strategist with decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and value creation across healthcare, technology, and branding. As Director of BrandMother, he has led a global branding and digital marketing agency supporting hundreds of organizations, generating millions of customer impressions and contributing to billions in revenue outcomes.

Previously, Alex was Vice President of Business Development at Newsura  and held leadership roles at AT&T and Teradyne, driving product launches and data-driven growth strategies. He is author or co-author on over one-half dozen books on business or psychology.  Alex holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
